22 Beloruska street
The monument was unveiled in March 2016 on a building on 22 Biloruska Street. It is dedicated to Belarusians who died during the Euromaidan events and in the Russian-Ukrainian war. The monument was designed by Hlib Hrzhabovskyi. The monument is made in the white-red-white colours of the national flag of Belarus, depicts the Belarusian national coat of arms, Pahonia, plaques with the inscriptions “Long live to Belarus!” and “Glory to Ukraine!”, the names and photos of the fallen heroes. At first, there were 3 of them: Mykhailo Zhyznevskyi, Ales Cherkashyn, and Vitalii Tilizhenko. In 2021, on the anniversary of the Battle of Orsha, another plaque was added to the monument with the name of fallen volunteer and paramedic Mykola Ilin.
