About the place
Ghost of Kyiv became the 37th object of Yuliia Bevzenko’s Shukai (Seek) project. It was installed in June 2022 on the building at 56A Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street. Ghost of Kyiv is a collective image uniting the pilots who defended the capital during the Russian invasion in 2022. The bronze sculpture is authored by Anna Rozdorozhniuk from Khmelnytskyi. For the figure, they came up with a special sign “Touch me — bring victory closer.” The sculptures of the Shukai project are combined into tourist routes with quest elements.
