The Syretskyi Hai or Dubky Park is located in the valley of the Syrets River in the territory of Kyiv’s Podilskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts. It has existed as a forest park on the site of the remnants of natural deciduous forests since 1952 and acquired the status of park-monument of garden art of national significance in 1972.
The Syretskyi Hai Park occupies an area of over 170 hectares and is one of the largest parks in the capital. There are special places for rest, park furniture, a fountain with spring water, children’s grounds, and Dubky restaurant made in the style of folk wooden architecture.
